Designed for speed and control, the 2024 version of the Head Speed family introduces Auxetic 2 - an addition of the breakthrough material to the handle.  Previously, Auxetic was exclusively in the yoke of the racquet, but the addition to the handle enhances feel, vastly improves forgiveness, and crafts masterful precision.  Head continues with the proven Graphene 360+ material, which is placed in specific points of the racquet to strengthen the frame and provide added power and stability. Compared to the Speed MP and Pro; the Speed MP L is lighter, less head light, and has a lower swingweight. This translates into a racquet that swings with ease, while adding power and maintaining a high level of control and precision.  This racquet is typically used by strong beginners to high intermediate level players, as it's meant for players with medium length swings that need the racquet to add extra pace on their ground strokes.
